We're looking for a Hybrid Solutions Engineer to join our team here in Manchester

As we continue to grow on our journey to creating a more efficient, low-carbon buildings for our clients, we are looking for a passionate In-House Hybrid Solutions Engineer. You will be joining our business at an exciting time of growth, both within the digital market place and also within the building energy and controls industry. 

Your role within the company will be centric across the entire business and the solutions we deliver to our customers on their journey to providing true digital facilities and Net Zero.

Hybrid Solutions Engineer - Knowledge and Skills

  • Multi Disciplinary Engineer across all deliveries within the BeMS Industry
  • Strong Background in HVAC Controls Systems
  • TREND Controls Systems - Minimum 
  • TRIDUM Control Systems - Minimum 
  • Open Protocol Integration, BACnet, Mbus, MODbus, LON, KNX - etc
  • Experience with HVAC UI graphics and Engineering - PX Pages
  • A strong Portfolio of projects and systems that demonstrate multiple buildings and HVAC Applications. 
  • Background in web Integration through various solutions - MQTT, API
  • Background in HVAC applied Analytics
  • IOT Deployment and Wireless Solutions

Hybrid Solutions Engineer - Deliverables 

  • Tasked to developing and deploying tailored digital solutions to our costumers buildings and their facilities.
  • Design and Engineering over Building Management Systems enhancements, retrofit schemes and capital projects.  
  • You will be expected to support and conduct building performance reporting and provide system appraisal making use of remote monitoring solutions, analytics and software tools to help drive down customers energy and improve building performance. 
  • support the ongoing maintenance of existing sites Building Management Systems in the field, whilst at the same time supporting our smart hub with technical assistance remotely for our customers buildings.
  • Look head up IOT Deployment Projects, including fulfilment of hardware, platforms and dashboards. whilst at the same time supporting Integration to Building Management Systems. 
  • Attending and contributing to meetings, bringing new and creative ideas to the team.
  • Bringing new designs and thinking, experimentation, and ways of approaching Digital Facilities and IOT Scheme for our products and solutions portfolio. 
  • Responsible for the day-to-day graphic design and development of operational tasks of our Digital Dashboards, Web Cloud Hosted BeMS Systems. 
  • Working from the head office in Manchester and also out in the field daily. 
  • Support In house training and Skills Gap Support within existing engineers, partners and sub contractors
  • Feed support to the SYNCHRO ACADMEY

Hybrid Solutions Engineer - Location

The work delivery will be predominately here within the North of England and Wales 

Although we do operate National Accounts too both in London, the south and throughout Scotland. 

We're keen to be working with Solutions Engineers here in the North West of England. You will have the ability to work from our head office, out in the field and if you wish to do so from home.
